A blueprint for global expansion

Growing brand awareness across the world

Founded in Italy in 1986, Hogan was the first brand to capture informal elegance in the form of luxury sneakers.  Proponents of innovative design and product excellence, this much-loved brand amongst Italian consumers wanted to grow its brand awareness globally. To support Hogan’s expansion into new territories, we created a global retail concept inspired by the famous Italian sculptor Umberto Boccioni which captures a luxury lifestyle offer and effortlessly scales across all retail formats. Not stopping at the in-store design, we developed new premium service concepts for the brand in the form of a customisation bar and concierge host area. First unveiled at Milan’s famous luxury shopping destination, Via Montenapoleone, the concept has since been rolled out to a number of sites including Rome, Shanghai and Beijing.

Bold, sculptural ‘Gallery Plinths’ inspired by the famous Italian sculptor Umberto Boccioni punctuate the space. These wedge forms take inspiration from the idea of a ‘stride-in-motion’ and present footwear on minimal inclined surfaces.
A host bar crafted from hand-selected marble cultivates an elevated experience, while a customisation bar with a hidden screen enables customers to create bespoke products.
A curving glass staircase leads to the ground floor. This space has an intentional pace change and invites you to indulge and socialise.
Since launching, the concept set a global blueprint for Hogan stores and fashion shows worldwide.
Elegant and elevated product presentation.
