Objective: Create a Flagship home for Antler that transforms the traditional luxury luggage store into a contemporary travel lifestyle destination.

Antler is a British travel brand with over 110 years of design and travel expertise behind it. With the launch of its first standalone UK Flagship on Regent Street, the brand set out to create a store that could express its next chapter with greater clarity, emotion and distinction.

Designed as the home of Antler and positioned as the world’s most travelled store, our concept draws on Antler’s long relationship with movement, discovery and design —shaping a space informed by over a century of journeys and the spirit of those yet to come. At the heart of the retail experience is the idea of 'Here At Last' — a concept that captures both the emotion of arrival and the anticipation of departure. From this, we created a tactile, design-led environment that feels rich, familiar and quietly transportive.

Throughout, elemental forms and considered natural materials create a seamless architectural canvas that reflects Antler’s enduring British character, while embracing the rhythm and possibility of modern travel. Visitors move through panoramic landscapes, seasonal floral installations, atmospheric scents and considered moments of pause that bring Antler’s world of travel to life as a tangible and visceral experience. At all times, product narratives and hands-on engagement remain the focus, framed by immersive backdrops that bring depth and discovery to the journey.

The result is a highly-sensory and design-led retail experience for modern travellers. One that captures Antler’s distinctive place within the luxury luggage store category: timeless yet forward-looking, functional yet emotional, unmistakably British yet globally resonant. A Regent Street Flagship design shaped by travel, inspired by British landscapes, and built for the journeys still to come.
