Working with the team at 3 Mobile Ireland and cultural insights agency Bricolage, CK have redesigned the network retail store model. Identifying that consumers no longer upgrade their phones as often, yet are living more connected lifestyles – our brief was to disrupt telecoms retail and position 3 Mobile Ireland as a lifestyle brand.
We did this by transforming 3 Mobile's retail store format from a traditional network model to a connected lifestyle experience store. Now not only do they provide connectivity through its network and smartphone devices, but consumers can explore, learn and buy from over 100 curated products across categories such as smart home, music, play and work. After a successful pilot concept and trial store in Dublin, 3 Mobile Ireland now plans to roll out the concept across 60 stores nationwide.
