R&I Design Role

+ 0-2 years experience in relevant industry/agencies.

+ Be an active participant within the creative team to develop compelling and meaningful design concepts, from initial ideation through to finalised Detail Design.

+ Articulate an individual creative style, collating relevant imagery, sources and ideas to inspire and help arrive at the big idea.

+ Be a leading contributor in finding new and innovative materials, building strong relationships with our supplier network and sharing knowledge internally.

+ Work collaboratively but also independently with the ability to take initiative to move forward on tasks and skilfully negotiate obstacles, navigating the pace and pressure of project life comfortably.

+ Be familiar with the Adobe suite and fluent in 3D modelling software, SketchUp preferable.

+ Have experience in reading and creating CAD drawing packs, including relevant specification documents.
