JUNIOR CREATIVE – BRAND COMMUNICATIONS

Context

We might be the studio that crafted Bentley’s iconic mark, set the stage for some of the world’s biggest apparel brands and defined the future of eyewear. But at our core, we’re a group of creative thinkers who dare to push boundaries and strive to create game-changing work that leads, where others follow.

Don’t get distracted with our ‘Creative’ job titles. All experience you hold in the traditional discipline of graphic design is still required. The term ‘Creative’ gives us the freedom to cross disciplines, break conventions and re-think what tomorrow looks like for our clients.

BC Junior Design Role

+ Apply the same passion that compelled you to choose a career in design into every creative task.

+ Show off your visual understanding for strong graphic design principles, using different mediums to communicate your creative ambitions.

+ Work individually on smaller briefs to grow your abilities as an independent and respected creative.

+ Team-up with studio-wide individuals to contribute to larger, more complex briefs.

+ Put your keen eye for detail into practice, creating artwork for some of the biggest household names.

+ Capable in the Adobe Suite and curious in any other software platforms. (Knowing the basics for Adobe After Effects and having an interest in motion graphics is also a bonus…)

BC Junior Creative Mindset

+ Driven, always looking for opportunities to explore, learn, develop and grow.

+ Thrive off collaboration, respecting both your own and others’ point of view.

+ Proactive and organised, believing both are equally as important in being productive.

+ Receptive, willing to adopt the commercial needs that can come with a creative brief.

+ Accountability for responsibilities – every team member at CK champions a collective vision for creative success.
